Vobecky Enterprises, Inc. (VEI) served as the Prime Contractor to the US Army to provide design build services for the Building 978 and Building 352T Dog Kennel Refurbishment project at the National Training Center Fort Irwin, CA. Work was conducted in the existing kennel and temporary kennel swing space, each accommodating numerous working dogs.
